Before Your Appointment

Thank you for choosing Arlington Eye Center! When you book an appointment with us, you should receive an email notification with your scheduled date and time, as well as forms to complete in advance of your visit. We will also provide you with any special instructions needed to prepare for your appointment.

Preparing for Your Cataract Appointment

Cataract appointments typically last 30-90 minutes. Here is how to prepare:

We Put Your Eye Health First

When you turn to our eye doctor, you will be putting your eye health into the hands of someone who truly cares about your wellbeing. We encourage our patients to make regular appointments, so we can keep close track of any changes that occur with their eyesight to correct issues before they become a more serious issue.

An Individualized Treatment Plan

We understand no two patients are alike, which is why we focus on getting to know you and the state of your eye health. Whether you need an eye surgeon or a regular eye doctor for your routine checkups, we will work with you to determine how often you should see us.

Client Testimonials

Dr. Osmanovic is the most fantastic doctor I have ever had. I can't recommend him highly enough - he is that fantastic

Cataracts

Many patients suffer from cataracts. A cataract occurs when the lens in the eye becomes cloudy. Most cataracts are related to aging of the eye but some are associated with medications and underlying illnesses. Symptoms of cataract include blurred vision, glare, and diminished color sensitivity.

Glaucoma

Dr Osmanovic is fellowship trained glaucoma surgeon that specializes in the medical, laser and surgical management of glaucoma. He treats patients within the practice as well as complex glaucoma cases referred from other eye care providers.

Retina

While we practice laser eye surgery at our clinic in Arlington Heights, along with many other corrective surgical procedures to restore your vision, we want to encourage you to do everything you can to prevent serious eye problems. And we believe that the following suggestions will help you take care of your eyes and live your life to its fullest.
