OMC MyChart Olmsted Medical Center offers a patient portal called OMC MyChart. It offers many more features and is part of Olmsted Medical Center’s (OMC) Epic Systems, our electronic medical record and revenue cycle (bill pay) system. With OMC MyChart, you will find many features including: Ability to request or cancel an appointment

What is a patient portal account?

Patient Portal is a secure, online health management tool that connects Osceola Medical Center and Scandia Clinic patients to portions of their electronic medical record, allowing you to view clinical information online. This information includes allergies, immunizations, past and upcoming appointments and certain test results from clinic visits.

Where can I get my medical records online?

With the Patient Portal, you can communicate securely with your clinic physician and staff, request appointments, submit prescription renewal requests, view test results and manage your health profile. Patient Portal is not intended for emergency communications or services.

What is a physician portal?

Turn to our experienced cardiologists for prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of cardiovascular conditions. Located at the Rochester Northwest Clinic, the OMC cardiology team treats adult patients aged 18 and older.
