CNPA Patient Portal. All Children’s National Pediatricians & Associates (CNPA) families can access their child’s health information through our CNPA Patient Portal. The CNPA Patient Portal offers you convenient access for your needs – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In September 2020, we launched a new Patient Portal.

RX Refills

You may send prescription refill requests directly to your provider via the patient portal. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for refill requests. If you have an urgent medication request, please call our office.

You may use our patient portal to exchange non-urgent messages with our physicians and staff.

Same Day Urgent or Ill Appointments

Prescription Refill Request

Prescriptions will be telephoned to the pharmacy listed below within two working days of your request. Written prescriptions for control substances will be ready within two working days of your request at the office you have specified below.

Referral Request

Referral forms will be available at the front desk of the office you have specified below within two business days of your call unless you give us a fax number to which we can fax the referral.

Accepted Insurances

We accept a variety of health insurance plans and will submit claims on your behalf. Certain coverage restrictions may apply based on your individual benefit package.
