Why should I use the Doctors Care Patient Portal?

The Doctors Care Patient Portal is available to all Doctors Care patients. You can access the Doctors Care Patient Portal from any device with Internet capability to view your personal health information, communicate with your providers, view testing and lab results, or even print your work or school excuse.

How do I sign up for an account?

It’s easy! All new patients should receive an email invitation link to join Doctors Care IQHealth patient portal. Click on the link in the email to register for your account. Alternatively, you can click here to self-enroll.

How soon after I register will my health information be available through the patient portal?

Your visit information should be available within 12 hours of your visit. Testing and lab results will display as soon as 24 hours after your visit.

How secure is the Doctors Care Patient Portal?

The Doctors Care Patient Portal is encrypted and password protected, so your health information remains secure.

Who else will have access to my information?

Only you and those to whom you grant access will have access to your information.

MyChart provides a fast and easy path to your personal health records. Use it to view:

No Waiting Room Necessary

Managing your own care has never been easier. MyChart offers a variety of ways for you to communicate with your doctors and care team through your computer, smartphone or tablet. MyChart also helps you stay on top of important health information with reminders of upcoming appointments, prescription refills and more.

Family Access

If you’re a parent or caregiver, adding your loved one to your MyChart account will allow you to view their information and manage their health care online. There are three versions of “proxy access” available: one for children under age 13, one for teens aged 13-17, and another for legal guardianships.

It's easy to enroll in MyChart. Simply request a MyChart activation code online or during an office visit with any participating practice. Your activation code enables you to log in and create your own user ID and password.

If you're not already enrolled, request access at your next office visit. Our office staff will ask if you prefer to receive a text or email invitation.
