What are the patient portals?

The Patient Portals are online tools that go a step beyond simply displaying information by helping you manage your healthcare easily and securely. All information in the Portals comes from your ACMH Electronic Health Record. This ensures that you have access to the most accurate, up-to-date information possible.

What is the Maternity Center at Adams Memorial Hospital?

Our OB-GYN teams at our Maternity Center deliver a personalized birthing experience. We also offer a wide range of minimally invasive procedures, imaging, lab tests and rehabilitation services, all on our Adams Memorial Hospital campus.

Why can’t I self-enroll in the patient portal?

If you previously established an account for online access to your health record and need to gain access to that account again, you will not qualify for self-enrollment. Click on the Patient Portal Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) link in the sidebar on the right for more information on recovering access to your health record.
