How do I create an Axia women’s health patient portal?

We are currently transitioning to a new Axia Women’s Health patient portal. To create your new portal account, please call your care center and we will email you a personal link to get started.

How do I login to the women’s care online patient portal?

Select your Women’s Care office from the search list. You will be asked to login using your Patient Portal username and password. Lastly, select a 4-digit or 6-digit PIN.

How to Utilize the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal

Messages/Consults: From the Dashboard, choose the option to 'Message My.' In the ‘New Message’ menu, select the patient’s name. In the ‘To’ field, search USAFA Academy Women’s Health Clinic. Type the appropriate subject; attach files as appropriate and the desired message.

Request Appointments

From the Dashboard, choose the option to Schedule an Appointment. Select the option to Schedule a New Appointment.
