Enrolled WSU students who have been charged the health fee have access to Cougar Health Services for the semester for which the fee was assessed. Fall semester coverage begins the Monday two weeks prior to the first day of classes and continues through December 31st
The WSU Psychology Clinic is a nonprofit community mental health center operated by the Department of Psychology that serves children, adolescents, adults, and veterans in the greater Palouse region. Using a low-cost, sliding scale, we provide cutting-edge, evidence-based psychotherapy and psychological assessment services.
Our pharmacy in Pullman can fill and mail maintenance medications to students who have a WSU graduate student assistant insurance plan or international student insurance plan who are not located in Pullman. We can special order products for you and in most cases have the item the next business day.

Pullman Regional Hospital’s Emergency Department is open 24 hours, providing confidential care. Pullman Regional Hospital can offer care for victims of sexual assault and can offer prophylaxis treatment and education. The Social Services department can provide emotional support and counseling and help people learn about their options and additional community resources.
All full time students are eligible for care at Health Services when classes are in session. Please call 203-837-8594 if you would like to schedule an appointment. Emergencies and urgent problems will receive priority. Health Services provides screening and treatment for illnesses, injuries and other health related problems.
This should include: the name of the insurance company, ID numbers, policy holder’s name, PCP (primary care physician), prescription plan, participating laboratories and referral requirements.
Services or charges incurred outside of Health Services, such as x-rays and laboratory tests, referrals to physicians, emergency room care, ambulance and hospitalization will be billed to the insurance you have provided.
