Dr. Michael Nazareth

Michael Nazareth is the president of Western New York Dermatology and a board certified dermatologist. He was born and raised in Buffalo and attended St. Joe’s Collegiate Institute for High School.

Kyle Horton-Maser

Kyle is a graduate of D’Youville College, where she completed both her bachelor of science in nursing and her master of science degree as a family nurse practitioner (FNP). Kyle began her career in dermatology in 2012, working with Dr. Nazareth as his registered nurse while she was completing her master’s program.

Carrie L. Trabucco

Carrie is a graduate of D’Youville College, where she earned her master’s degree in physician assistant studies and a bachelor’s degree in biology. She is a nationally certified and registered PA. Carrie entered into the dermatology field upon graduating in 2012. She is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Elizabeth Ferdman

Elizabeth Ferdman, is a nationally licensed and board certified physician assistant. After receiving her undergraduate degree from The State University of New York at Geneseo, Elizabeth went on to earn her master’s degree from D’Youville College, graduating magna cum laude in 2017.

Kaity Molenda

Kaity is a graduate of Daemen College where she received her master’s in physician assistant studies and a bachelor of science in natural science-health sciences. She is a registered and nationally certified physician assistant. Kaity joined Western New York Dermatology in 2019 and is excited to be a new addition to the team.

Peter McKenna

Peter McKenna (PA-C) is a graduate of Touro College’s physician assistant program where he received his BS/MS in 2011. He has since practiced in primary care, urgent care, and emergency medicine. He joined WNY Dermatology in January of 2016. He is passionate about skin cancer screening and educating patients on all aspects of skin health.

Kelly Manganello

Kelly is a nationally certified and registered physician assistant. She grew up locally in Lancaster, New York where she attended Daemen College after graduating from high school. There she earned her degree, with a master’s in physician assistant studies and a bachelor’s in health science, graduating summa cum laude in 2008.

What is patient portal?

The Patient Portal uses HTTPS to provide encrypted communication between you and your doctor’s office. Access to your portal account is controlled through secure access codes, personal ID’s, and passwords. Only you will have access to the login information needed to view your account.

Why is patient portal important?

The Patient Portal helps you take a more active role in your healthcare. Having a patient portal account helps the practice create a more accurate record of your medical history as well as educate you on certain aspects of your health. It provides you and the practice with a more efficient means of communication, ...

Do I need an email address to access my portal?

You will also need an email address. The email address you provide is only used to notify you when you have a new message in your portal account. It is treated with the same privacy and care as your health records and will never be sold or leased. It is recommended that you use an email address only you have access to.

Can I access my medical records from my portal?

Once you are logged into your portal account, the information you view pulls from your own personal medical record. Only you will have access to your health records, including any messages or information sent to you from the practice.
