With our new patient portal, you can manage your health, communicate with your providers and make more informed decisions about your care—24/7 from any computer, smartphone or tablet.

How do I make a payment on services received at WHA?

Make a secure payment on services received at WHA after May 13, 2018 using the patient’s account number and last name. If you’re pregnant and want to begin care at WHA–or need to schedule an appointment during your pregnancy, call us!

What can I do with the new patient portal?

With our new patient portal, you can manage your health, communicate with your providers and make more informed decisions about your care—24/7 from any computer, smartphone or tablet. Just stop by your Physician's Front Desk and we'll get you started.

How do I log in to my FMH portal?

Choose a Login Method. You can create a username and password specifically for your portal account by clicking the FMH Secure Login icon, or you can log in by using an existing username and password if you have one of the following accounts: Facebook, Gmail, Yahoo, Windows Live, CernerHealth.

Our Location

We are located on the 3rd floor at Providence Newberg Hospital. Enter the main hospital doors and look for the stairs or elevator to the left. Once you get on the third floor, we are the double doors at the end of the hallway.

Getting Here

By car: From Highway 99W, follow the signs to the hospital at the north end of Newberg.

Parking

Parking is free anywhere on the property, but it can be crowded – so arrive early to find a spot.

Finding Our Office

Enter the main doors of the hospital and look to your immediate left for the elevators and stairs. When you get to the third floor, our office is at the very end of the hallway through the double doors.
