How do I update the mywellmont app?

You will just need to update the MyWellmont app through your app store. If you have a FollowMyHealth patient portal with a legacy Mountain States Medical Group (MSMG) clinic, don’t worry – you’ll still have access to your information in FollowMyHealth, but no new information will be added to this patient portal. This is called a read-only account.

How do I transfer my health records from mywellmont to MyChart?

Log in to your MyChart for Ballad Health account. If, in the past, you set up a MyWellmont account with a legacy Wellmont Health System facility, your health records have transferred over to what is now called MyChart. You will just need to update the MyWellmont app through your app store.
