The Patient Portal (the “ Portal ”) is an Internet service, powered by athenahealth, Inc. ( “ athenahealth ”, “ our ”, “ us ”, or “ we ” ), which allows patients and other authorized users to coordinate and manage their medical care with their health care providers.
My FMC Portal allows access to information regarding services that occurred on or after April 1, 2018. Is my medical information secure? Yes. My FMC Portal has security measures within it that prevent unauthorized users from reading communications about your health.
The staff members in the Medical Records department will be able to walk you through the process to sign up to the portal. Online self-enrollment is available if you are 18 and over. You will need your medical record number in order to successfully register online. Online self-enrollment is currently not available for caregivers or guardians.

Although you can access the Patient Portal 24/7, incoming messages from patients are only monitored by Westchester Health staff during our normal business hours. Therefore, please do not use the Patient Portal for any urgent issues, or in emergency situations. In those cases, you should either call our office, or in the event of an emergency you should call 911 and/or go to the appropriate setting (urgent care or emergency room).

WMMC is dedicated to providing resources to help you better manage your health. We are excited to announce that our WMMC Patient Portal works with the Apple Health app, which is available to patients with an iPhone running iOS 11.3 or later; and available to use on any Andriod phone with access to Coral Health Records App.
After you log in once, your health records will start to appear in the Health app, and you will be notified when new records are ready to view.

Any active patient over the age of 13 is eligible to register for and use the Patient Portal. If you are authorized, a family access account can be created that will allow you to access selected family members' health information. top

It is at your provider's discretion to make test results available. Your provider must authorize the release of your test results in order for them to post to your Patient Portal account. If you are interested, please contact the WMC Health Information Management Department at (304) 797-6647 and request a WMC Connect patient portal account. You will need to provide your name, address, phone number, date of birth and a valid e-mail address.
The Health Information Management Department maintains records for all inpatient, same-day surgery and outpatient services.
