To access your physician billing, Harborview statements for dates of service prior to March 27, 2021, you will need to access the existing Harborview physician portal. Online payment for these balances will be through your MyChart account, or through MyChart's "pay as guest" feature.
You access your bills the same way you do your medical information — using your MyChart login. Simply log in using your username and password or sign up for a new account. You will have access to the billing information for which you are financially responsible without any additional set-up required.
Visit MyPatientChart.org and click Sign Up Now. Enter your information and submit the form (which uses a secure third-party identity verification system) to activate your account. Self sign-up is only available for patients age 18+.
You can request via MyChart your records from hospital stays or emergency room visits. If you have any questions, please call 855.520.5151. Any new appointments, hospital visits or emergency department visits will be available through MyChart from March 27 on.

Yes. You may do this by sending a photo of your vaccine card to your provider through MyChart or by bringing your vaccine card to your next appointment with a UW Medicine provider. If you received your vaccination through UW Medicine, there is no need to do anything as a record of your vaccination will be added automatically to our system.
