But if you need help, call 404-727-8820, Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m. EST, to get help signing up. Your care team can also send you a link to sign up if you ask for their help.

If you don’t have a scheduled appointment, consider calling your medical provider to request an emailed hyperlink. Simply click the link within the email to create your account. For security purposes, your activation link expires after 24 hours.
