How do I update my patient information?

Caring for Women was founded in 2001 and has grown into a diverse and advanced OB/GYN practice with practices located in Flower Mound, Denton, Frisco, and Lewisville. We are committed to providing individualized care and we seek to know our patients well. We provide a caring environment, one that promotes the care of the individual.

What types of gynecological surgeries does the Caring Center offer?

Go to https://www.yourhealthfile.com. Click Activate Your Account. Enter your temporary username and password. Enter your date of birth. Click Activate Account. Create a username and password. Enter your email address. Select and answer a security question. Review and accept the user agreement. Click Update Account.

Medication Refills

Please contact your pharmacy for refill requests. Your pharmacy will fax us the request and your refills will be processed within 72 hours. You may also request refills on the patient portal.

Billing

We require payment of your co-payment and past-due account balances at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, debit and all major credit cards. (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover.)

Insurance

We will submit claims to most major insurance carriers. Please bring your insurance card and I.D. with you to every visit so we can ensure that our records are accurate.

Cancellations or Rescheduling

To better serve the needs of all our patients, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments. We make every effort to stay on schedule, although emergencies arise.

After-hours & emergencies

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, dial 911. However, if you need after-hours advice for a medical concern, please call (940) 591-6700 and our answering service will assist you.
