We are a multi-provider pediatric practice with locations in Wake Forest and Knightdale. We were the first established pediatric practice in Wake Forest in 1998. In order to provide the same quality of care to patients in surrounding areas, we expanded our practice to the Knightdale community in 2007.

Yes, to message your doctors and view all future records from any appointments scheduled after September 1, 2018, you will need a myWakeHealth account. With myWakeHealth, you will have the same great features as your previous portal, but now you also will be able to schedule your own primary care appointments and eVisits and view your doctor's notes from outpatient clinic visits.

When can I join myWakeHealth?from wakehealth.edu

You can join now! Use your enrollment email or sign up online. If you already have a myWakeHealth account, you do not need to re-enroll.

Will I be able to message my doctor in myWakeHealth?from wakehealth.edu

Yes, but the ability to message will not be active immediately when you join myWakeHealth even though you have an existing relationship with a former High Point Regional Health or UNC Regional Physician provider. When you first join, the portal considers you a new Wake Forest Baptist Health patient, so messaging will activate with each doctor two days before the first appointment you have scheduled with that doctor after September 1, 2018. After that, you can message your doctor as usual for up to a year after your visit.

Can I view my doctor's notes in myWakeHealth?from wakehealth.edu

This feature must be viewed on a computer. It is currently not available on the MyChart mobile platform. To view notes, go to your After Visit Summaries and click on the Notes tab. Doctor's notes typically appear within a week of your appointment.
