How do I submit an appointment request to VNA?
Welcome to VNA Health Care. Anyone can submit an appointment request through the form below. You do not need to be an existing patient or log-in to use the appointment request form. COVID-19 Test Results Status
VNA currently anticipates receiving your PCR test results from the lab within an average of 2-4 days of your test. Receipt of test results is dependent on lab processing time which may be longer than usual due to the current surge in demand for COVID-19 testing,
