Prior to joining Midway Family Medicine she worked at Hospice of the Bluegrass and managed a Kroger Little Clinic. Lena has been Nurse Practitioner for 10 yrs and part of the Midway Family Medicine team for the last 4 years.

Elizabeth received her bachelor's degree from Denison University in Athletic Training in 2003. She then went on to receive a master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Kentucky in 2007 and has worked with Versailles Family Medicine since September 2007. A few interests of hers include pediatrics and using her Spanish speaking skills with patients. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Ryan and their two daughters, Cooper and Carsyn, as well as traveling and swimming.
