Provide us with your preferred e-mail address so we can give you access to the Patient Portal. A Portal Registration e-mail is automatically sent to you containing a registration link.

The Hospital Patient Portal is for Oneida Health Patients and is used primarily for in-patient records, Emergency Room records and labs/xrays performed at the hospital.
