MyChart offers many features to help you manage your care. The chart below shows all the features that existed before March, and the helpful new features we’ve added.

Can I add a record of my COVID-19 vaccine to MyChart if I received it outside the UW Medicine system?

Yes. You may do this by sending a photo of your vaccine card to your provider through MyChart or by bringing your vaccine card to your next appointment with a UW Medicine provider. If you received your vaccination through UW Medicine, there is no need to do anything as a record of your vaccination will be added automatically to our system.

What is the eye center at UW?

The Eye Center at UW Medical Center - Montlake – part of UW Medicine’s Eye Institute -- offers general ophthalmologic and subspecialty services. Our staff provides comprehensive treatment for people with glaucoma, cataracts, diseases of the retina, cornea, orbit and nerves and age-related eye diseases. We also perform refractive procedures such as LASIK and oculofacial plastic surgery procedures.

Where to park at UW Medical Center?

Patients and visitors to UW Medical Center may park at either the Triangle Garage or the Surgery Pavilion Garage. There is also valet parking. Directions and fees for both locations are outlined below. Triangle Garage. The Triangle Garage is underground, across N.E. Pacific Street from UW Medical Center.

Where is the disabled parking lot in UW?

Disability parking is located on all three parking levels, although Level P1 has limited availability for oversized vehicles.

What is the eye clinic at Harborview?

The Ophthalmology (Eye) Clinic at Harborview—part of UW Medicine’s Eye Institute—offers a complete range of vision care including dilated eye exams, tests for visual field defects and management of ocular diseases, including glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy.

Where is Harborview Medical Center in Seattle?

Harborview Medical Center is at 325 Ninth Avenue, between Jefferson and Alder streets in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood. Other clinical sites adjacent to the main medical center are the Ninth and Jefferson Building and Norm Maleng Building. The Patricia Steel Building is three blocks east of the medical center.

Can you use valet parking in View Park?

If you have a valid state disability placard and the View Park Garage is full, or if your disability is incompatible with parking in the View Park Garage/P1, you may use valet parking at the regular parking rate. Parking is available underneath the building or on surrounding streets.
