Appointments generally require a referral from a primary care provider (PCP) or another practitioner. Rarely, if the patient does not have a PCP, a one-time consultation may be be scheduled and UVNN will refer the patient to a PCP.

Prescription Information

To renew a narcotic medication, please call our Prescription Line. Narcotic prescription renewals require 3 days of notice. Prescriptions will be mailed directly to the pharmacy. The Prescription Renewal Line is checked frequently during normal business hours.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call our Primary Office (603) 448-0447 at least 24 hours in advance before your scheduled appointment.
