The HealtheLife Patient Portal (formerly known as IQHealth) allows you to easily access lab and test results in your electronic medical record. It’s also how we will communicate with you about important health information.
You can send a secure electronic message directly to your provider’s office. If your provider’s office sends you a message through the portal, you will receive an email alerting you that there is a new message waiting for you.
Our customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
If one or more of the above portals do not appear, this means you do not have an existing record within that portal. You may also have access to additional portals that are not listed here if you have an athena health account with a health system or doctor’s office outside of UT Health Austin. You will only be able to engage with those portals that contain existing records that pertain to you.
