MyChart is a new patient portal that keeps all of your health information together in one place. Bill Pay and CareLink Re-Enrollment will continue to serve you. Items that are part of your medical record include prescriptions, lab results, allergies and immunizations. These will transfer when you enroll in MyChart.
The HealtheLife Patient Portal (formerly known as IQHealth) allows you to easily access lab and test results in your electronic medical record. It’s also how we will communicate with you about important health information.

The Day of Your Telehealth Appointment 1 Check in online 15 minutes before your visit. 2 The QR code is NOT used for check in. 3 Locate your appointment in your MyUHS portal, then select Check In. 4 Enter your location if prompted. 5 Select Join Meeting, which will initiate your telehealth connection. 6 If you are more than ten minutes past your check-in time, you will not be able to check in and will need to reschedule your visit.
