How do I use the Troubleshooting Guide to myshr?

As part of a national movement to provide patients with information and access about their health, USC Student Health will begin implementation of “Open Notes” in the health records in its patient portal, MySHR. Beginning April 5, 2021, all patients with records in MySHR will be able to access notes that are entered by health care providers.

As of this week, USC Student Health is re-introducing nasal swab as a method for collecting samples for COVID-19 testing. Nasal swab appointments are available through MySHR (Monday-Friday until 3:30 PM) at Jefferson Lot and Pardee Marks locations. Please refer to the Pop Testing Hours and Locations page for updated information.
