What is Wyoming Family Practice?

In order to best serve the healthcare needs of our community and promote the health and wellbeing of our patients, Wyoming Family Practice provides full-spectrum family medicine to people of all ages. Our services include women’s health, osteopathic medicine, sports medicine, behavioral health, x-ray and lab, nursing home care and palliative care, geriatric care, internal medicine and medication management, case management, specialty and procedure clinics, patient education and inpatient hospital care.

What is sports medicine?

In addition to medication management, sports medicine services include the evaluation, treatment and rehabilitation of sports and orthopedic injuries. These evaluations focus on the history of injuries and level of physical activity, as well as an assessment of current range of motion, in order to best diagnose and treat the injury.

What is a WFP case manager?

WFP case managers track mammograms and prenatal patients, and assist with nursing home placements. Serving as our biggest patient advocates, they offer assistance with Medicaid and Medicare enrollment, find resources for clothing, food, shelter, medication assistance, oxygen, and self-help services, and they help to empower patients and their families.
