How do I get my medical records from UW Medicine?
When you create your MyChart account, you will be able to see your UW Medicine medical records from visits with your primary care provider, laboratory results and imaging such as x-rays. You can request via MyChart your records from hospital stays or emergency room visits. If you have any questions, please call 855.520.5151.
Who can use UW Medicine MyChart?
