Most test results such as labs, radiology and pathology will be released to MyChart within 7 business days of receipt by your provider as well as historical results since 2013. Due to the sensitive nature of some tests, those test results might not be viewable in MyChart.

As of March 31, 2021, UI Health is providing test results and provider notes (with a few exceptions) will be released via the MyChart patient portal as soon as they are available.
