Do you have the patient portal?

With patient portals, the first and foremost thing you will need is a computer and a working internet connection. Create a customized user’s account in the software to avail medical services on your own. Once you enter the patient portal, click on links and products sold by the provider and tap into a new experience.

How long does it take to create a portal account for UHS?

How to get my MRN number?

Get your medical record number (MRN) and activation code by calling the Patient Portal Help Desk at 734-615-0872 (7:30 am - 4 pm). Then create your account at MyUofMHealth.org by clicking the blue "Sign Up Now" button.

How to contact HIE for MRN?

If you cannot locate your MRN, contact Patient Portal Support at 734-615-0872 between 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday or 8:00am 1:00pm, on Saturday. Important: You must be 18 years and older to request access online. If you are under 11, a request will be sent to HIE Support Desk for additional verfication.

Where to find MRN?

Locate your MRN on your blue registration card (listed as CPI number), Summary of Care note (listed in the upper left corner ) given to you following your appointment, or on label stickers on most medical information from your doctor. Your MRN is NOT the same as the account number that appears on your billing statements.
