If you are late for your appointment there is a possibility you may not be seen by your provider. If you miss a scheduled appointment with a provider without notification, there will be a $25 no-show fee. To benefit most from your talks with medical people, take an active part in the exchange. Ask questions.
To appeal a No-show fee, you must submit a Request for No-show Fee Appeal form within 30 days of the No-show appointment. After this form is received, it will be reviewed and a written response will be sent to your UND email address within 10 business days.

Health care workers are advised to work with their employers for guidance. These health care workers would not be required to quarantine outside of their work environment. Fully vaccinated residents of non-healthcare congregate settings (e.g., correctional facilities, group homes).
The Student Health Center (SHC) provides primary and preventative care to currently enrolled students who have paid the medical services fee along with their tuition.
If you need a prescription renewal during the time that the center is closed, please log in to the Patient Portal and send a message to your healthcare provider. The provider will be able to send a prescription refill to the pharmacy of your choice.

Cost of the Student Health Insurance Premium for the upcoming fall and spring 2021-2022 plan year is $1308.40 per semester (Pending DOI Approval). Students that have not taken any action by September 10, 2021 will be default enrolled sometime AFTER the deadline and charged $1,308.40 for the Student Health Insurance Plan.
