The University Medical Center Patient Portal is a convenient way to request appointments and prescription refills, ask your doctor medical questions, get test results and medical and immunization records, and ask about medical billing.
If you do not have access to the Patient Portal, ask for a temporary username and password next time you visit UMC. If you are having a medical emergency, call Emergency Medical Services (911) or call your nearest hospital or medical practice.
Visitors of patients in critical care are not allowed overnight visitation and may only have one visitor per day, with no swapping. Regular visitation hours are defined as 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., 7 days a week. Visiting hours for intensive care units are 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., 7 days a week.
