You will use the Patient Portal to submit important forms, schedule symptomatic COVID-19 testing at UHS, securely communicate with our staff, and more. If you have trouble registering or accessing the portal, please review our FAQs or email uhsportalhelp@umass.edu.
COVID-19 Testing (Updated 9/1/2021): You can pick up a self-test kit inside the UHS Main Entrance vestibule (or other campus locations) and drop off your sample at the kiosk at the foot of our entrance ramp.
