Fees and Payments

Payment is expected the day of your appointment unless other arrangements have been made.

Service Discounts

Services are available on the sliding fee scale, where you pay based on family size and income. If you would like to know if you qualify for discounts, please ask our receptionist for more information.

Emergency Care

Our clinic only sees patients during office hours. After-Hours Emergencies: Call 536-6000 for the medical answering service.

Language Access

Charles Drew Health Center, Inc. provides on-site interpretation and translation services for non-English speaking patients. Language Access provides services in more than 15 languages.
