MyUFHealth, formerly known as MyChart, offers patients personalized and secure on-line access to portions of their medical records. MyUFHealth does not represent your legal medical record. MyUFHealth enables you to securely use the Internet to help manage and receive information about your health.
To support patient involvement and patient care, most non-sensitive lab test results are sent to patients automatically within one day. As part of your provider’s workflow they will review and may communicate with you regarding your results. This may occur after you have already received your results automatically.
