What is a patient portal in healthcare?

Do you have a patient portal?

Call 407-266-3627. We are open during regular business hours for onsite or telehealth visits. You can call us to schedule an appointment or, for several of our physicians, you can also make an appointment request online below and someone will call you back to confirm your appointment with our practice. Can you see a patient by appointment?

Generally, patients are seen by appointment only. Walk-in patients may be seen if there is an appointment available. We highly recommend you call 407-266-3627 to schedule an appointment in advance.

What is an ARNP in healthcare?

Our primary care providers each work closely with a dedicated advanced registered nurse practitioner (ARNP) to provide a team approach to your care. If you need to be seen urgently, please consider seeing one of our ARNPs who will provide a high level of compassionate care.

First-time Patients

If this is your first time at our clinic, please complete the Health History form located online in the Patient Portal prior to your appointment. Also, please visit the Insurance page for information about in-network insurance plans and placing your insurance on file before your appointment.

Insurance

For patients with Medical Insurance, please be sure to file your insurance with us prior to your appointment. In order to bill your insurance, it must be on file before you are seen by a medical provider.

Nursing and Med Students

Nursing and College of Medicine students may not make appointments with providers who also serve as their faculty at their respective colleges. In order to avoid this conflict, please inform appointments if you are a Nursing or Medical student so that we can make sure to schedule you with the most appropriate provider.

  • We have two office locations, one in East Orlando, by the main UCF campus and the other in Lake Nona’s Medical City. Please ensure you are familiar with the appropriate location for your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations and Late Arrivals

Test Results

  • We strongly encourage use of our patient portal where you can view lab results as soon as they are available to your provider. Normal results may be provided to you at your next scheduled visit or may be viewed via our secure patient portal. Prescription Refills
