How do I contact the patient portal?

How do I tell you that I have successfully accessed the portal?
Once you have logged on to the portal for the first time, we would greatly appreciate if you would send us a “Hello” in the message section. This will notify us that you have successfully accessed the portal.
Can I upload an attachment to the patient portal?
Unfortunately for security reasons, our Patient Portal does not support the ability to upload attachments of any kind. If you have documents (e.g. .pdf, .jpg, etc.) that you wish to share with us, you will need to fax them to (214) 821-4017 or bring them with your to your upcoming appointment.
