How long does it take to receive a consent email from NVRH?

You will receive a time sensitive email within four days of completing the consent form. The email from no-reply@nvrh.org will contain a link to the Patient Portal, a one-time user logon ID and a one-time use, case-sensitive password.

No. Only you may elect to share summaries of your care with other healthcare providers. We do not share your personal information and strictly follow our Privacy Policy. You may read that policy online or when you enroll in Health Records Online.

How old do you have to be to get a parent portal?

A parent can sign up for their own portal account to see their child (ren)’s information as long as the child is under the age of 12. Once the child turns 12, a new consent form must be signed by both the parent and the child.

How long after a provider signature will a report be available?

Reports will be available in the portal at signature, EXCEPT for Radiology Reports, which will be available 7 days after provider signature.

Can you give someone access to your portal?

You can give family members, caretakers, or others access to your Portal. This requires consent from you, as well as the proxy user’s name and email address.
