Please Log On using your Tufts University User Name and Password. The portal allows you to access/view: Pre Entrance Medical History & TB Risk Assessment. Enter immunizations and upload your records. Obtain/print immunization records. Medical Insurance - enter this information by July 31st so we may have it on file for you.

When do you get your student health insurance card?

If you have opted for the Student Health Insurance through UnitedHealthcare Student Resouces, you will be able to download your insurance card approximately 5 days before the start of the policy term . Most students sign up for insurance in the Summer and start their policy year on Aug 20th. Please note: if you would like to be enrolled in the student health insurance, you do not need to do anything else and do not waive the student health insurance.
