TRICARE Online By logging in, you agree to the DoD Consent Statement ! TOL appointments should not be used for emergent medical needs such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, or other new or worsening conditions where an immediate physical examination is warranted. Your local clinic may be able to provide guidance. If unsure, seek emergency care.

TRICARE covers COVID-19 tests at no cost, when ordered by a TRICARE-authorized provider. There are two types of TRICARE-authorized providers: Network and Non-Network. DS or a provider at a military hospital or clinic. Don't show up at a hospital or clinic and ask to be tested without a medical order.
