What is the Urology patient portal?

This portal is for patients in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky only. The Patient Portal is a secure, online service providing patients of The Urology Group with personalized access to their medical records.

What is the FollowMyHealth patient portal?

We are pleased to provide our patients with a comprehensive and secure patient portal through FollowMyHealth ®. This easy to navigate web-based portal gives users access to their medical records and the ability to communicate with their care team electronically using their computer, tablet or phone!

What if I need help logging into the patient portal?

If you experience system problems or need assistance logging into the Patient Portal please email PortalHelp@urologygroup.com. Please remain patient with us while we take the necessary time to develop these tools to help you take a more active role in your healthcare.

How do I request an appointment with Chesapeake urology?

If you have recently made your first appointment with us, you will receive an invite from FollowMyHealth ® shortly after your first visit. Existing patients may create a new account, then connect to Chesapeake Urology. If you are a new patient and haven’t made an appointment, click here to request a new appointment.
