The Laurel Eye Clinic is dedicated to being the leader in Ophthalmology by providing the highest quality ophthalmic care and related services. In so doing, we are committed to upholding the highest of ethical standards and place patient satisfaction above all else.
Previously, Laurel Health patients could access their online patient information through MyKeyCare, a regional patient portal. The Laurel Health Centers recently adopted a new and improved patient care portal called MyUPMC to enhance your user experience.

WHAT IS A PATIENT PORTAL? A patient portal allows our patients to manage their health information easily and safely online. You can send secure messages to your provider, renew standing prescriptions, view recent tests, schedule appointments, and update your medical or insurance information.
For your convenience, we have made a number of forms available for patients to download. If you are new to our practice, we encourage you to download and print out the new patient forms. Filling these out in advance of your first visit will minimize the time you spend in the waiting room filling them out when you get here.

The Laurel Health Centers have introduced a new patient portal called MyUPMC.
A patient portal allows our patients to manage their health information easily and safely online. You can send secure messages to your provider, renew standing prescriptions, view recent tests, schedule appointments, and update your medical or insurance information.
Any Laurel Health Center patient over the age of 18 can sign up for an account. Even though it’s called “MyUPMC,” you do not have to go to a UPMC facility or have UPMC health insurance to use the MyUPMC patient portal.
Please note that while we offer this portal to our patients to help organize and access their health information, the Laurel Health Centers are not part of the UPMC health system. Our Laurel Health locations are part of an independent organization known collectively as North Penn Comprehensive Health Services. Our sites include the Laurel Health Centers, Laurel Behavioral Health, Laurel Pediatrics, Laurel Health & Wellness Center, and Laurel Dental Services.
This is a health portal product created by UPMC for patients using a wide variety of non-affiliated healthcare facilities and insurance plans; you do not have to be a UPMC patient, have a UPMC insurance plan, or go to a UPMC facility to use this portal. All Laurel Health patients over the age of 18 may sign up.
