How do I log in to my Patient Portal?

To get to your patient portal, you’ll need to contact your medical provider’s office for the web address. They can also provide you with instructions on how to register and log in if you need them. We apologize for any confusion or frustration this misunderstanding may have caused you. How can I reset my password, security question, or access code?

What are the hours of the patient portal Office?

The Patient Portal Office is open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You can be granted access to another patient's medical records if that individual provides the hospital with written permission and if applicant is 18 years or older. As a 'patient proxy,' you will have access to the individual's personal health information.

What should I do if I have technical issues with patient portal?

You will need to contact your medical provider’s office for any technical issues. But before you do, please check that you’re attempting to access your patient portal from a desktop computer using a Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari browser. This may solve the problem. If not, your medical provider can supply additional assistance.

How can a patient fill out intake and registration forms?

Patients can log in and fill out customizable intake or registration forms from their patient portal and the information will flow directly into their chart note — without the need for double entry.

How to send a message to a medical assistant?

To send a message, click “new message” and a new window should pop up. In the new window, there is a “To…” button, click on it and choose the medical assistant of the provider you normally see (make sure to double click the initials to add it to the message). There are also options for the front desk employees if needed.

Can you sign up for a portal before?

Whether you get to the portal through our website or a direct link, the login page looks the same. Everyone, regardless of if you’ve used the portal before or not, will sign in using the username/ password boxes. However, if you’ve never been setup on the portal, you must either call into the practice or sign up during a visit. During the sign up process, you will be given a username, password and have a security question and answer set up.

Before the visit

Allow patients to log in and schedule appointments through Patient Fusion to send them automatic appointment reminders and save your staff hours on the phone.
