Longstreet Clinic is now on MyChart! You may already be a MyChart user as it is the same platform many practices in our region already share including – Northeast Georgia Medical Center (NGMC), The Heart Center at NGMC, Northeast Georgia Physicians Group and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.

With more than 200 providers across 20 specialties and 10 locations, the highest quality medical care is at your fingertips. In addition to accepting most major health insurance plans, Longstreet Clinic also offers a wide range of payment options including self-pay and private financing.

Does Longstreet clinic participate in the anthem/BCBS Pathway Plan?

In addition, our adult primary care locations in Dahlonega and Demorest (offices of Drs. Bray, Weaver and Mulberry) continue to participate in the Anthem/BCBS Pathway plan. Please note these are the ONLY offices at Longstreet Clinic that can participate in this plan.
