This includes educational materials, information on your current medications, allergies, immunizations, health issues, and lab test results. All information is pulled directly from your electronic health records.

All messages sent to your provider’s office are transferred via a secure server compliant with HIPAA standards.

Can you access read only medical records?

At the hospital patient portal, you can access read-only medical information through our secure server. All information is pulled directly from your electronic health records. Due to the sensitive nature of radiology and pathology test results, these are not available on the patient portal and must be obtained through the hospital’s Health Information Department.

Your Medical Record Number includes a letter and nine digits. You must enter all 10 characters.

Also, parental access to children’s medical records is also available and coordinated through Med Center’s Health Information Management Department.

Is Med Center Health enrollment free?

Enrollment is fast and free, based upon information provided by your Med Center Health caregiver. You’ll need a name, date of birth, social security number, email address on file with your caregiver and your medical record number.
