Swedish Hospital offers two Patient Portals. One Patient Portal is for services received at Swedish Hospital and the other refers to services delivered by providers with Swedish Medical Group. The following FAQs are for the Swedish Hospital Patient Portal.

You can send messages to your primary care physician through the NorthShore Connect portal. You are no longer able to message physicians through the previous Healow portal.
You can pay your Swedish Medical Group bills through the NorthShore Connect portal.
When you create a NorthShore Connect account for the first time, previous test results are not immediately available to view in your account.
Request medication refills through the new portal, NorthShore Connect.
When you create a NorthShore Connect account for the first time, any proxy access you had on the previous portal does not automatically transfer to your NorthShore Connect account.
During your office visit, we will automatically send you an auto activation link. If that link expires, you can still follow the link to our self registration page.
For on-the-go access to your health record, download the free MyChart mobile app and select Swedish as your health care provider.

Only you, your provider and your health care team are permitted to view the information sent through MyChart. We use the latest security practices and safeguards to protect your health care information. MyChart is password-protected and delivered via an encrypted connection.
