Dr. Capron completed medical school at Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. She completed the Natividad Family Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Capron is currently completing PCC's 2021-2022 PCH Fellowship program.

Patricia Billingsley, DNP, FNP, APRN

Patricia Billingsley is a Family Nurse Practitioner at PCC. She completed her nursing education at the University of Illinois College of Nursing in 2020. Patricia has an undergraduate degree with a major in Spanish from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She was a Spanish teacher prior to her career in nursing.

How to reset password on patient portal?

Sign in to the Patient Portal, go to Security Settings, and reset your password. Click Forgot your password on the sign-in page and enter your email address to request a password reset email. Contact your provider's office and request a password reset email.

What is family access?

A family access account allows you to access multiple patients' information using one Patient Portal account. If you are a patient at the practice, you can also view your own information using the same account. Your access level to each patient is managed by the patient or by the practice.

You can request an appointment by sending a message to your provider. To do so:

Yes. Using the portal locator doesn’t affect your ability to use other URLs to log in to your patient portal.
