The Patient Portal currently holds laboratory, radiology results for all visits and transition of care documents for Observation, Inpatient and Emergency Department visits, starting with the first visit after a patient has registered for the Portal. Only health information transmitted after enrollment will appear in the Patient Portal.

If you live on West Campus, your testing location is the deVries Center (formerly GLS/HDV Center). Appointments are available from 9am to 4pm Monday through Friday, and from 9am to 1pm on Saturdays. This location offers a more comfortable mid-nasal PCR testing.
Because we’d like to keep infection rates low so that our campus community can continue in-person classes and social activities. Students who do not participate in required testing will be referred to the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards.
If you test positive, you will receive a phone call from Student Health Services to discuss next steps and engage in contact tracing . If you tested off campus and receive a positive result, you must contact Student Health Services right away at (631) 632-6740. DO NOT attend in-person classes or events.
