Go to the Health Records Sections of the Health app on your phone and search for Steward Medical Group (Massachusetts/New Hampshire). Log in with the Username and Password you use to access your Steward Medical Group patient portal account. (If you don’t already have an account, create one at www.stewardconnect.org.)
Through the new portal, patients will have more access to their information in one secure location anytime, anywhere, from a desktop, laptop, phone or tablet device. For all existing patients to enable these new benefits please setup a new USERNAME and PASSWORD at StewardCONNECT by clicking the link below.

To further protect our patients and staff from the spread of the COVID-19 virus, Steward Medical Group has eliminated cash. We accept payment by Apple and Google Pay, check, credit card, phone, and online only. We appreciate your understanding.
Below are the steps to register your Steward ID using the Steward Access Portal. Navigate to the Steward Access Portal Select New User Registration Fill out the following required information: First Name Last Name Last four digits of your Social Security Number Month and Day of birth (MMDD) Click Next Take note of your Steward ID and Email address.
Navigate to the Steward Access Portal Select Change Password Enter your Steward ID and Password, then click Login Select Manage Passwords Read the Information Systems Use and Confidentiality Agreement From the Manage Account Passwords section, click the Changebutton Enter and confirm a new password, then click Submit
Enter your Steward ID and Password, then click Login Select and answer the Security Questions. Click Save Click your name at the top-right, then select Logout If you are unable to register, please contact your Local IS Help Desk.
