Parents of children 16 and younger can manage their appointments on their behalf.

Do you need a cellphone number to register for Pomelo?

If you do not have a cellphone number, please give them your landline number. You will receive an invitation email from Pomelo once we have updated your patient profile. Follow the instructions in that email to complete your registration.

Can you cancel an appointment at Pomelo?

You can see which appointment time slots available and choose one that is best for you. You can also cancel and reschedule your appointments 24-hours a day, including weekends.
