For technical questions and support, contact our patient portal support center at 989-907-8982. Please leave your name, number and brief description of your patient portal issue or question, and we will return your call as soon as possible. Support is available Monday through Friday, from 7 am - 5 pm.

Can I use the FollowMyHealth portal on a public computer?

Unless it is absolutely necessary do not access the portal on a public computer. If you must use a public computer to access the FollowMyHealth portal, make sure you erase the computer’s browsing history. Always make sure you close the portal when you are finished so others can’t see your information.

Can a proxy access my MyChart?

Can my family or healthcare proxy access my MyChart health information? Yes, but only with your written permission. You can give family members, such as parents, or healthcare proxies, access to your MyChart information by signing a consent form at St. Mary's General Hospital.

Is MyChart password safe?

Is my information safe?#N#Yes. MyChart passwords are encrypted and URLs are re-written so that they cannot be copied and pasted. You and authorized family members are the only ones who can access your Portal. Also, a timeout feature protects your information if you leave the MyChart page open.
