My St. Jude allows you to see your (your child’s) personal information such as address, phone number, and insurance. You can send a request to the Patient Registration staff to update this information. You are not required to sign up for My St. Jude.
At the hospital patient portal, you can access read-only medical information through our secure server. This includes educational materials, information on your current medications, allergies, immunizations, health issues, and lab test results. All information is pulled directly from your electronic health records.
St. Jude offers a complimentary concierge service that can help you take care of tasks before the birth of your baby and after, so you can have the gift of time to bond with your little one.
