How do I log in to my Patient Portal?

To get to your patient portal, you’ll need to contact your medical provider’s office for the web address. They can also provide you with instructions on how to register and log in if you need them. What is the value of an EAP to your business?

It is estimated that as many as 80% of all terminations are due not to employees being unable to perform their work, but to their personal and interpersonal problems – emotional or mental issues, relationship issues, parenting, care-giving, grief and loss, substance abuse issues, stress, financial issues, etc.

What is EAP counseling?

Your EAP can provide counseling for what we call “problems of daily living” – circumstances that can affect any of us at one time or another. These include but are not limited to relationship issues, stress, burnout, anger, anxiety, grief, loss, financial issues, legal consultation, elder care, parenting, and other issues.

What information does EAP report?

We provide a regular report to the employer that includes only such numerical information as how many company employees and family members used the benefit, how many total sessions were used , etc. Individual EAP clients are never identified in such reports.

What are the benefits of EAP?

Among these benefits: decline in absenteeism, reduction in sick days, reduction in workplace accidents and workers compensation claims, reduced turnover and others.

Is EAP free for family members?

No. The EAP benefit is totally free, with no co-pay or other charge at all to you and/or eligible family members.

What do you do if you are an authorized caregiver?

If you are an authorized caregiver that needs help accessing a family member’s account, you will need to contact that family member’s medical provider for support.

Yes. Using the portal locator doesn’t affect your ability to use other URLs to log in to your patient portal.
